Kettle • Two Tone Kettle • 2L

A classic from Italian Alessi.

"A cauldron can be beautiful!" said ALESSI, and in 1983 Richard Sapper designed the 9091 kettle, also known as the Two-Tone-Kettle. And it IS beautiful. And it also sounds good! One of the tasks, in connection with the design of the boiler, was to avoid the insistent howl usually associated with boilers that whistle. So the 'gun' at the front of the kettle whistles in two voices when the water boils - supposedly with a note inspired by the riverboats on the Rhine.

The kettle can be used for both electric, gas and induction cookers and can hold 2 litres.
