Welcome to DORA. We have made an effort to create a webshop that feels like stepping into our store on Værnedamsvej – personal, honest, and inspiring.

DORA ApS operates shopdora.dk.

PRODUCTS

We select all items with great care – often in small quantities and sometimes only one of each.

We do our best to reproduce colors and details accurately, but small variations may occur (and are often part of the charm 🤍).

We reserve the right to change the assortment and descriptions continuously.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

When you place an order, it is a purchase request.
The order is only final when you receive an order confirmation from us.

All prices are in DKK including VAT.
Payment is only charged when your order is shipped (in accordance with Danish law)

DELIVERY

We ship as quickly as possible – typically within a few business days.

Delivery times are indicative, and delays may occur. Once your package is shipped, responsibility passes to the shipping company.

IN-STORE PICKUP 🕊️

You can choose to pick up your order at our store on Værnedamsvej.

We will notify you as soon as your order is ready.

Please pick up your order within 14 days.
If the order is not picked up, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase.
The amount will be refunded, but we will deduct a handling fee of 18 DKK.

(Please do write to us if you are delayed – we almost always find a solution 🤍)

RETURNS & CANCELLATION

You have a 14-day cancellation right from the day you receive the item, which applies to online purchases within the EU
