We hope you are happy with your purchase.

But sometimes something just doesn't feel quite right – and that's perfectly okay.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 🕊️

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. If you have chosen to pick up your order, the right of withdrawal applies from the day you pick up the item in the store. If the item is picked up later than the 5 pickup days, we consider it picked up on the 5th day, and the withdrawal period is calculated from this date.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days at:

After this, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

RETURNS

Items must be returned in the same condition as received – unused and in original packaging.

We pack many items with great care, and we hope you will do the same on the way back 🤍

Returns are at your own expense and risk. You can use our return portal here

REFUND

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method.

This typically happens within a few days.

EXCHANGE

If you want a different item, we recommend that you place a new order and return the original item.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Special orders

  • Items purchased on sale or reduced for other reasons

  • Items with visible signs of use

If your item is defective or damaged, please write to us as soon as possible 🤍
