We hope you’ll be happy with your purchase.

But sometimes something just doesn’t feel quite right – and that’s completely okay.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 🕊️

You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase from the day you receive your order.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days at:

After that, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

RETURN

Items must be returned in the same condition as received – unused and with original packaging.

We pack many items with great care, and we hope you will do the same on the way back 🤍

Returns are at your own expense and risk.

REFUND

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method.

This usually happens within a few days.

EXCHANGE

If you want a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Special orders

  • Items bought on sale or otherwise discounted

  • Items with obvious signs of use

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible 🤍
