We hope you'll be happy with your purchase.

But sometimes something just doesn't feel quite right – and that's perfectly okay.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 🕊️

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. If you have chosen pickup, the right of withdrawal applies from the day you pick up the item in the store. If the item is picked up later than the 5 pickup days, we consider it picked up on the 5th day, and the withdrawal period is calculated from this date.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days at:

You then have another 14 days to return the item.

RETURNS

Items must be returned in the same condition as received – unused and with original packaging.

We pack many things with great care, and we hope you will do the same on the way back 🤍

Return shipping is at your own expense and risk.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method.

This usually happens within a few days.

EXCHANGE

If you wish for a different item, we recommend that you place a new order and return the original item.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Special orders

  • Items purchased on sale or reduced for other reasons

  • Items with clear signs of use

If your item is defective or damaged, please write to us as soon as possible 🤍
