We have plenty of Christmas cards in the shop, and we love both writing and receiving them ourselves... And we have many Christmas cards to choose from, both the more traditional cards and some a bit more modern.

THE TRADITION

The tradition of sending Christmas greetings on pre-printed cards came to Denmark over 100 years ago, and the first Danish-made Christmas card saw the light of day in 1882. Since then, the Christmas card has become a fixed custom in the Christmas preparations and a cosy one at that.

KEEP IN TOUCH

One might think that the tradition is almost dying out, but fortunately that is not true: In the last 14 days before Christmas, Danes send on average twice as many letters and postcards per day as usual! And we want to support the tradition – it is a very cosy way to send greetings, keep in touch, and look back on a year that has passed :)
