Narrow, tall hand-dipped taper candles from Kunstindustrien, produced in Denmark. The candles are made using the classic method, where the wick is dipped again and again in warm wax until the candle slowly takes its shape and fine, lively surface. The 28 cm tall candles have a slender and elegant look, but are still easy to use in everyday life. They fit smaller candle holders and are especially nice in vintage holders, brass holders, small ceramic holders and other holders where ordinary dinner candles are too wide. Because the candles are hand-dipped, there may be small variations from candle to candle. This is part of their charm — and precisely what makes them a little more lively on the table, windowsill, or shelf. The colours can be used individually for a calm expression or mixed and matched for a more personal table setting. They are perfect for everyday use, dinner parties, holidays, and all the small places in the home where a living flame makes a difference. |
