This apron from French Linge Particulier is made from 100% washed linen and features the most exquisite brown-green pattern, Tartan Sienne Vert. The checks give it a classic and somewhat rustic look — but in that simple, French way, where it never becomes overly ornate.

The apron has a good width, an adjustable neck strap, long ties, and two front pockets. It works equally well in the kitchen, at the grill, in the garden, or when setting a beautiful table and stirring the pot simultaneously.

A little extra tip: It's a good idea to soak the apron in cold water for 24 hours, then wash it. This process opens up the fibres, making it more absorbent in the future.
