Mushroom hunting in the forest - isn't it just a tradition to get started with. Beautiful hand-drawn mushroom knife to take on mushroom hunts in the forest. Made of birch, stainless steel, and natural horsehair brushes. Perfect for both picking and cleaning mushrooms. The knife has a grip-friendly handle and an effective yet soft brush. Fresh mushrooms lose their flavor when washed in water - dirt and soil should therefore be brushed or cut away.

Maintenance: Iris Hantverk recommends: "To prevent the wood from drying out and cracking and/or the thin steel wire holding the bristles from breaking, we advise against putting the brushes in the dishwasher. If the bristles have become flat and/or tangled, you can straighten them by combing with a fork or similar, and then possibly gather them with a rubber band and leave it for a while. Greasy bristles can be rinsed with boiling water – or soaked in soapy water."
