My own selection in the store is the heart of DORA. This is where my personal taste is allowed to fill in – colors, shapes and things with character. I love the playful and the slightly quirky. What gives the room personality and makes the home less neat – and more alive.

I choose with my gut. The color is important. Or a shape that can do something special. It can be bold, but it still has to be usable . The things have to be able to move in and become part of everyday life – not just stand there and be nice.

My selection is a mix of the graphic, the soft, the quirky and the poetic. What they all have in common is that it should feel like something you don't see everywhere else .
