Crow Canyon enamel is made of two layers of porcelain that are laid as a surface on steel, resulting in a shiny and durable material. The enamel will not be destroyed if it falls, but there may be the characteristic rejections that one must find charming. The steel will oxidize, but the enamel will remain safe to use for food.
