A toaster that is nice? Yes, actually! The toaster was designed by the Italian designer and architect Michele De Lucchi for ALESSI. The beautiful toaster has room to toast two slices of bread at a time and is equipped with stepless adjustment of the desired degree of toasting. In addition, it has a defrost function that makes it possible to defrost the bread before toasting, and a 'Bagel function' that makes it possible to toast only one side of the bread. Its practical crumb tray makes it easy to clean the toaster of crumbs after use.

As the name suggests, the toaster (and the entire Plissé series in general) is inspired by folded - pleated - paper. It gives a beautiful and very modern look, which makes the toaster an almost sculptural object ... And very decorative to have standing in your kitchen!
