MOKA coffee pot • 9 cups

The elegant and classic espresso pot in a new interpretation, designed by architect David Chipperfield for ALESSI. The design is a tribute to the classic octagonal espresso pot we know from Italy and its original designer Alberto Bialetti.

The espresso pot is made of aluminum with a plastic handle and a steel base. It is therefore suitable for induction hobs. In addition, the espresso filter can be replaced with a "regular" filter, so that it makes americano and not espresso. A good tip is to heat the cups on the lid, which in this version is designed flat for the same reason. Pretty smart!

This espresso pot has a capacity of 9 cups or 45cl.

Use and maintenance: It will be discolored by being used on a gas hob, and we also do not recommend putting it in the dishwasher. The surface becomes a bit dull.
